Aligning records, behaviour, and capability to deliver consistent, high-performing organisations

Despite a limited exposure to the specific DFEEST TRIM implementation, Kathryn effectively delivered the end user training and received favourable comments from trainees. She is a confident trainer, able to effectively maintain trainee participation, and was able to answer questions from the group.

Kathryn has demonstrated well developed written communication skills and this has been evident in her involvement in the preparation of a number of policies and protocols for the office. She has had primary responsibility for the development of the disposal schedule for the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission and for the Office of the Ombudsman. She has also developed policies relating to storing all particular types of records such as medical records on the Commission’s files.
